On the TecSa platform, you have all analysis data digitally and completely at a glance. Compare your components using cross-component and cross-location statistics or quickly identify trends and outliers. We call this Technical Cleanliness Digitized.
Four formation mechanisms must be in place for you to find critical particles when testing the relevant surfaces. Knowing and influencing these gives you the opportunity to derive targeted and cost-minimized strategies to avoid or specifically clean these particles.
We examine your process chain using non-destructive extraction methods, show where which particles are produced and how they are carried over. We then define targeted improvement measures and control mechanisms.
Derive and manage improvements in a targeted manner
We don’t believe in spending a lot of money and time on (series-accompanying) cleanliness analyses and then reacting to negative results with potential analyses. We help you to make better use of the results, to derive targeted starting points for improvements and to prove the success of the improvement.
As a result of our projects, customers are provided with a particle catalog that shows a correlation between the analysis result and the particle source, as well as options for action on how these particles can be avoided. If avoidance is not economically feasible, we define cleaning concepts.
Analysis of environmental cleanliness
The analysis of environmental cleanliness in accordance with VDA 19.2 aims to measure particle sedimentation at defined measuring points in the production environment. The result of the analysis is the cleanliness or sedimentation number (also called Illig value).
Continuous measurement is required in order to benefit from the measurement. We offer reusable particle traps that can be automatically evaluated with the help of our ParticleLens app to achieve this quickly, cost-effectively and with minimal effort.
